Acacia, linden, sunflower and forest honey: every harvest tells the story of the blossoms, the weather, and the landscape surrounding our hives.
Every honey variety comes from our own family apiary and is bottled in its natural state – from mild and floral to bold and spicy. We are happy to share prices and availability on request.
Golden-yellow sunflower honey gathered from the nectar of wide fields surrounding Dolishte. It crystallises quickly into a fine, creamy texture and offers a mild, fruity-sweet aroma. A Bulgarian honey to spread on warm bread or stir into tea as a gentle sweetener.

Aromatic linden honey, harvested when our bees visit the flowering linden trees of the region in early summer. Its fragrance is fresh and faintly minty, with a full-bodied flavour and pleasant spice. A classic beekeeper's honey that has long paired beautifully with tea and cold days.

Bold forest honey collected from the woodland around our apiary, where the bees gather honeydew from oak and fir trees. It is dark, spicy and malty, with a complex, gently bitter character. Rich in minerals and a true experience for lovers of dark, intense honey.
